Q. What are the advantages of building a new home?
A. There are several advantages to building your home over buying a resale home. You are able to pick out the style of the home, floor plan, interior/exterior colors and options and avoid costly (and messy) remodeling. You will have peace of mind knowing that your home is brand new top to bottom, built exceptionally well, and very energy efficient. You also get Zappico’s Standard Warranty with all new homes.
Q. How long does it take to build?
A. The construction of our typical homes takes only about 5-6 months from the time we get building permits!
Q. What comes with the home?
A. Zappico homes are delivered move-in ready. We include everything from a paved driveway, mulched beds with plantings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures…even the mirrors in the bathrooms, towel racks, and toilet paper holders are installed. Just add window treatments!
Q. How involved do I have to be?
A. Your involvement during the building process can be as minimal as picking out your lot, your home design/floor plans, and your personal selections. When it is time to make personal selections, you will be guided through the process. We make the buying process as easy as possible.
Q. Are your homes stick-built or modular?
A. All of our homes are stick-built on site.
Q. How much money do I need?
A. A minimum of 20% down. We help you get the financing through our welcoming and competitive bank.
Q. Can I have design input for the plans?
A. Yes! Most of our properties are pre-construction, meaning you get to pick the model and floor plans. We welcome you to sit down with our architects and engineers to design your dream home!
Q. Will you buy my property?

Q. Do I need a real estate agent to buy from ZappiCo?
A. ZappiCo is a Broker Friendly Builder, which means if you have a real estate agent, and they bring you to one of our communities, both you and the agent will be warmly welcomed. We just ask that the Real Estate Agent register you as their customer on the first visit to a ZappiCo property, or the first contact. Prior registration of the customer by a ZappiCo sales representative at this community voids the possibility of the real estate agent’s earning a commission.
